Wine and Schnaps in the Black Forest

Welcome to the Rinzberghof in the beautiful valley Glottertal.

We are a small winery and have our own destillery.

We live in the south western corner of Germany, close to Switzerland and France, at the western edge of the Black Forest. The cities Freiburg and Emmendingen are only 10 km away.

On the background picture you can see how diversified the landscape is. Hills and mountains are topped with forest, pastures and orchards are lying on the slopes and the steep south exposed hillsides are compromising the vineyards.

Our region is perfect for hiking, mountain biking and skiing. Glottertal accommodates many restaurants and it is famous for its wine.

We produce Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris) and Spätburgunder Weißherbst (the rose of Pinot noir).

Spätburgunder Rotwein (red wine of Pinot noir), Johanniter, Sauvignier gris and Monarch. We produce certified organically and try to reduce our impact on the environment, whereever we can.
